Rate & Reservation

» Terms & Conditions

• - All room rates are inclusive of 7% tax and 10% service charge.
• - All rates quoted are in Thai baht.
• - 3 rd people (Adult) when joining the room will be charged at 1,000 baht/night inclusive of breakfast.
• - Maximum 3 people in one room.
• - All rooms are non-smoking room and not allow pets in the room and at resort.
• - All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• - In order to secure guest reservation, full payment by credit card will be required to confirm guest booking.

» Child Policy

• - Child under 6 years old sharing existing bedding with parents free of charge on room basis only.
• - Child 6 -11 years old will be charged BHT 800 per Person/Room/Night with breakfast and blanket.
• - Maximum 2 children in one room

» Check-in / Check-out time

• - Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 Hrs.
• - Late check-out depend on room availability.
• - Daily opening from 24 hrs.

» Cancellations and no-show policy

• - Confirmed booking cancelled within 7 days before arrival date and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total number of    rooms are reserved.
• - Confirmed booking cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date, 50% of total booking cost will be charged.
• - In case of early check out, non refund will be made.
